The Chesalles-sur-Oron cheese dairy has been established in the village for decades. In 2010, qualified cheesemaker David Dumas took it over, finally realizing his dream of becoming independent and owning his own business, after gaining experience working with various renowned colleagues.

Renowned for the quality of its products, the cheese dairy sources its milk exclusively from the region (via a cooperative). Deliveries twice a day mean we always work with extremely fresh milk, guaranteeing the excellence of our cheeses.

Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and other professionals in the region trust our tasty products to delight their customers' palates! We deliver to them at their convenience.

We also sell directly to private customers: in our shop, where you will also find other local products from local producers (wine, dried meat, meringues, tarts, etc.), or via our vending machine, which offers the cheese specialties of the Fromagerie de Chesalles-sur-Oron (fondue, raclette, Gruyère, etc.) 24 hours a day.
