Our artisanal village cheese dairy supplies gourmets with homemade cheese products made according to traditional recipes.

Proximity to our customers is at the heart of our business and the basis for the development of the cheese dairy.

Located at an altitude of 900 meters in a green setting, our cheese dairy processes fresh milk from local cows and transforms it into delicious cheese, cream, butter, and other cheese products. Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP are among our creations. Our geographical location gives our products an authentic taste of the Gruyère region.
