This family-run business and training center based in Vuadens in Gruyère offers a wide selection of cheeses, dairy products, and local specialties.

You will find all the classics:

• Half-and-half fondue and pure Vacherin
• Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois
• Sérac and cow's milk tommes
• All cheeses
• The famous Gruyère double cream and delicious yogurts

Don't forget to try our house specialty, "les Collombettes," a cheese with character and an intense, creamy flavor.

At the end of the day, you can come and buy your bread at the dairy.
