In January 2012, our family took over the Villaraboud dairy. We process more than 2.5 million liters of milk from 15 producers in Villaraboud la Pierraz.

After training as a master cheesemaker in Grangeneuve and working in several cheese factories in the region, we jumped at the opportunity to start our own business when the previous tenant left.

I have been a cheesemaker for over 24 years and am passionate about my work, which now allows me to lead a small team of five employees, including a sales assistant.
