The Billens cheese dairy was built in 2005. It serves the villages of Billens, Hennens, and Villaranon. The amount of milk processed annually is 3.7 million kg. It is delivered twice a day by 18 producers. Four workers and two apprentices work alongside the owner in the production facility. They combine their passion and skills to create authentic, high-quality products. In the shop, four sales assistants and the owner will be happy to serve you and advise you, ensuring that your wishes and needs are met.
There is a vending machine in front of the cheese shop. This means you can come and shop at any time.
