Cave Les Combes was founded in 1957 by Maurice Roduit and is currently managed by his son Jean-Philippe Roduit, alongside his wife Fabienne and children Florence and Joël. Located in Saillon on the Les Combes estate, the vineyard benefits from a southern exposure and mineral-rich soil, creating excellent conditions for winemaking. The cellar is equipped with dedicated facilities for pressing, fermentation, aging, and storage, producing a wide range of AOC Valais wines (Fendant, Petite Arvine, Cornalin, Goron) and traditional fruit spirits.
