PRODUCTS At Laiterie Le Terroir, we focus on Valais cheese, Raclette PDO from the mountain pastures and dairies, as well as goat's milk and sheep's milk from our regions, not forgetting countless ancillary products such as delicious jams, Antoinette's courgettes, flutes and biscuits, and much more besides. With its Gruyère heritage, the dairy offers a wide range of Gruyère products, including double cream, meringues and various fondues. A visit to France and Italy completes the range. From autumn 2020, the best Valais wine producers will be represented at the Le Terroir dairy, to help you discover the subtleties of VALAISAN WINE.

Fromagerie Famille Nicolet is a family-operated dairy located in Villaraboud, Fribourg. Established in January 2012, the business transforms milk into cheese products including Gruyère AOP. The fromagerie operates a shop open 7 days a week.

Pour avoir goûter à quasiment tous ce qui est fait maison, je ne peux que recommander cette boulangerie. Tout est bon je dirais même excellent (chocolat maison) et ce que j'apprécie particulièrement, c'est que le patron commande local et n'emploie pas d'huile de palme. Le personnel est avenant et sympathique de plus on peux y boire son café 😀
