Launched more than forty years ago by Yvan Chappuis, a former manager of the Landi cooperative, the Cave des Vins Fins in Chénens is the result of his passion for wine. A wine cellar was built on the site of the cooperative, where no fewer than 50,000 bottles are stored. Lavaux Expérience Out on the vineyard terraces, with their breathtaking views of the lake, the vines and the mountains, you will have the opportunity to find out all about the winegrower’s work through the changing seasons and to spend around 1 hour putting your newly acquired knowledge into practice. Wanner Distillery was born from the takeover of Absintissimo by Romain, the youngest son of René Wanner. Romain continues the pursuit of quality initiated by his father, who was awarded more than 180 medals for his products during his fifteen years of activity.
