La Cave du Treyblanc is a family-run winery situated in the heart of the La Côte wine region, in the charming village of Luins. Passed down through several generations, the estate is now run by winemaker Gilles Favre , who upholds an authentic expertise that combines tradition with a passion for the terroir. Spanning several plots between Luins and the surrounding hillsides , the estate showcases the richness of the region’s terroirs, with particular attention paid to manual vineyard work and the quality of the grapes. The estate offers a varied range of around ten wines, ranging from iconic white wines such as Chasselas to reds , rosés and sparkling or sweet specialities. The Festive ¹ At once traditional and a little daring, these wines exalt everyday pleasure and joy, especially during celebrations and rituals. The production of late-harvest and passerillé wines depends on the year and grape variety. The family estate The estate is about 9 hectares and consists of vines that are both owned and rented out, under the appellations “Perroy”, “Mont sur Rolle” and “Féchy”. The “chasselas” is in the majority (60%), growing alongside numerous specialities such as “sauvignon blanc”, “pinot gris”, “viognier”, “cabernet sauvignon” and “merlot”. In our cellars you can find this diversity in fourteen different vintages. Harvesting is done by hand in order to guarantee quality work. The wine, from the producer to the consumer, is a guarantee of its origin and authenticity.
