Cave Mandolé is the dream project of Lisa and Chiara, who took over the estate in 2021. Located in Saillon, Valais, the winery spans 6 to 8 hectares of steep vineyards. They focus on indigenous grape varieties like Petite Arvine and Humagne Rouge, promoting biodiversity and sustainable practices. The winery is envisioned as a space for sharing, where tradition meets creativity.
